How to book the hotel

The hotel costs are not included in the registration fee. Conference participants are free to book the hotel of their choice. Hotel rooms must be booked by participants individually. Hotels suggested here have agreed to keep a certain amount of rooms for participants of the Res Artis Meeting. Prices mentioned are available until September 1st, 2010. When booking, please mention that you are a Res Artis Conference participant. During check-in you may be asked to present the confirmation of registration for the Conference. All hotels are less than 500m from the Congress venues.

Arriving at the congress

By Plane
A taxi from Montréal Trudeau Airport to the downtown area will cost you a flat rate of $38. There is also a shuttle bus service that will bring you to the bus station (Station Centrale) (see By Bus) for $7.

By Train
A taxi from the train station to the suggested hotels should cost you around $10.

By Bus
A taxi from the bus station to the suggested hotels should cost you less than $10. This is a reasonable walking distance.
